About this notice

This notice applies to the Flockbee company website (flockbee.com) and early access enquiries. It does not describe the mobile application or future marketplace transactions. Flockbee was previously known as Joyn.

Information you provide

The early access form asks for your name, email and role. City and message are optional. Please do not include sensitive information.

Early access submissions are currently unavailable. The form does not send or store your details. If you email the founders, your email provider and the founders’ email service process that correspondence.

Purpose and access

Information submitted through the form is intended for responding to enquiries and communicating about early access, pilot participation or investor interest. The founding team and configured delivery provider may handle those enquiries.

Website services

This website does not include advertising trackers, optional analytics or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for service delivery and security. Links to LinkedIn and other external sites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, or ask us to stop contacting you. Do not submit information you do not want used for an enquiry.

Contact and future updates

A public privacy contact will be added before early access registration opens. This notice will be updated as services change. Before enabling registration, Flockbee will identify the selected delivery provider and publish its retention and contact details.
